What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
I am so excited to have you in my chair! You will receive email and text confirmation that your appointment request was accepted, as well as reminders 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.
In these reminders is a link to an appointment customization form where you can choose complimentary add-ons such as a beverage, quiet appointment, extended scalp massage, etc.
The Experience in the Chair
When you arrive at Sanctuary you will find 2 hour parking in front of the salon, or all-day parking in the rear in the tenant parking lot. We are located on the second story in the corner of the plaza.
Once you're in my chair, we will review the questionnaire you submitted and have an extensive consultation to ensure your hair goals are met.
Enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks while you process. We have free Wi-Fi and I do not double book, so your time is yours entirely.
